Technical Rider

Updated: 20 May 2026

Thank you for the booking. To make sure the night runs smoothly, the technical setup below should be in place before soundcheck. If you have any questions or want to propose an alternative setup, just get in touch in advance.

DJ Setup

The following equipment is provided by the promoter or contracted tech crew and set up ready-to-play at the DJ booth:

#QtyEquipment
12Pioneer CDJ-3000
21Pioneer DJM-V10 or Pioneer DJM-A9
31Network switch (min. 4 ports, Gigabit)

Note: Equipment other than the items listed above is not accepted. If you can’t provide the gear, the complete DJ setup can also be supplied by the DJ — please get in touch in advance.

Cabling & Network

  • All three Pioneer units (2× CDJ-3000 and 1× DJM-V10 / DJM-A9) are connected to each other via network switch over LAN (for ProDJ Link).
  • The switch must have at least one additional free LAN port available, so an extra network cable (e.g. for laptop/Rekordbox or a second DJ setup) can be plugged in.

Monitoring

  • A DJ monitor on or next to the booth is requested. Make, model and exact position are flexible — the main thing is that the mix can be monitored cleanly.
  • Monitor controllable via the mixer’s booth-out.

Power

  • Two additional free Schuko power outlets (for laptop, etc.)

DJ Booth

  • Stable, flat surface with enough room for 2× CDJ-3000 + 1× DJM and a laptop (min. width 160 cm, min. depth 45 cm).

Soundcheck & Setup

  • Booth soundcheck-ready ideally 60 minutes before event start.
  • A tech contact should be on site and reachable throughout the event.
